How do I return something to The Wellness Club?

RETURN POLICY: We want you to be satisfied with our products!

Please call us right away if you find damaged merchandise or an error in your order. We will make arrangements for return and pay return postage if your return is the result of our error. Please call 1-(928) 536 9191 for a Return Authorization.

Unopened items will be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. Please call 1-(928) 536 9191 for a Return Authorization. Shipping and Handling charges on returns not due to our error or damage are non-refundable and a return postage fee will apply. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and a confirmation will be sent to you.

Returns not due to our error will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Any item which has been opened or where any security seal has been broken cannot be accepted for return.
